PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily switch information that a user does not want a third person other than the user to view between display and nondisplay. SOLUTION: A position/time information acquiring section 13 acquires positional information and time information of a user's own terminal 10 when a list display request of an incoming mail history is received. A situation determining section 14 extracts telephone directory information and submarine information corresponding to a sender's mail address based on the sender's mail address included in the incoming mail history, and determines whether the acquired positional information or time information is included in the area or time zone of the extracted submarine information. When this determination is YES, an extracting section 16 extracts the incoming mail history as an object of the list display. When this determination is NO, the extracting section 16 excludes the incoming mail history from the object of the list display.
