PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost testing arrangement for Doppler radar systems capable of reducing interference caused by disturbance, reducing its circuit scale, and moreover generating a signal of a frequency whose Doppler shift has been carried out with high precision. SOLUTION: This testing arrangement is provided with an antenna 9 usable for both reception and transmission, and a frequency converter 13 having an LO port 18 for inputting a microwave of a reference frequency f<SB>0</SB>as a signal 4 through this antenna 9, and outputting a signal 5 of a frequency (f<SB>0</SB>+f<SB>d</SB>) whose Doppler shift has been carried out to the antenna 9, an IF port 19 for inputting a signal 6 of a Doppler frequency f<SB>d</SB>, and a mixer circuit 20 for performing frequency conversion of the signal 4 of the microwave of the reference frequency f<SB>0</SB>by the signal 6 of the Doppler frequency f<SB>d</SB>, and outputting the signal 5 of (f<SB>0</SB>+f<SB>d</SB>) whose Doppler shift has been carried out to the LO port 18.
