PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of ensuring an oil dilution rate while using a flexible general compressor by constituting a refrigeration cycle incorporated with a separator with an oil tank storing auxiliary oil. SOLUTION: The separator with the oil tank storing auxiliary oil is set. The separator includes a first oil return pipe opened to an upper part above the auxiliary oil level and a second oil return pipe opened to a lower part below the auxiliary oil level. In the case of a refrigeration cycle where the oil dilution rate cannot be ensured because of additive supply of refrigerant resulting from an extended pipe length, the oil is supplied through the second oil return pipe, whereby the oil dilution rate of the refrigeration cycle can be ensured while using the flexible general compressor.
