<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a network accompanying actual experiences by using mobile equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A voice message transmitted from an observer acting on a local site is transmitted to a host computer system 10 via a call device 210 and the Internet 100, and an electronic mail and an image are transmitted to the host computer system 10 via the Internet 100. The information thus collected is processed with a WWW server 20 and displayed on a browsing PC 300 as a Web bulletin board 22. The collected information is displayed/reproduced by a reader's clicking operation on the Web bulletin board 22. The collected information is displayed on the Web bulletin board 22 in time series even if normal communication is difficult on the local site or transmission processing is delayed, since time information is added to the collected information. The collected information to which position information is added is displayed on a map to display a position.
