<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device, a processing method, a processing program, and a storage medium capable of preventing concentration of a load to a communication path in an upstream network and improving operation efficiency of a system. <P>SOLUTION: A network system is constructed by including a plurality of processing devices connected mutually via the communication path, and the same data files are stored in the processing devices. Each of the processing devices is provided with: a communication load information acquisition means acquiring communication load information about communication loads in the respective communication paths between other processing devices and itself; a communication load comparison means comparing the communication loads in the respective communication paths; a request information transmission means transmitting request information showing a transmission request for predetermined data to one processing device, which is connected via the communication path with a relatively low communication load and equipped with the data file, among the other processing devices according to a comparison result by the communication load comparison means; and a data receiving means receiving the data transmitted from the other processing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
