PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar sheath attachment for a hard endoscope with a bending part, capable of preventing air leakage from inside a living body by effectively sealing an insertion part of the hard endoscope and a trocar sheath when the hard endoscope with the bending part on the distal end side of the insertion part is inserted into the trocar sheath, the hard endoscope having the bending part whose maximum outer diameter is larger than a hard part. SOLUTION: The trocar sheath attachment comprises mounting part sealing means 27, 24 and 32 for sealing the border region with the trocar sheath 20 when attached to the trocar sheath 20, an insertion part guide hole 35 bored so that the insertion parts 11-13 of the hard endoscope 10 can pass through straight into the trocar sheath 20, and gap sealing means 37 and 33 for sealing the gap when a hard part 11 of the hard endoscope 10 is located inside the insertion part guide hole 35.
