A power tool having a fixed table (16), a rotatable table (17) rotatably disposed on the fixed table (16), and a saw assembly (20) supported by the rotatable table (17). A miter lock assembly (40) includes a housing (41) attached to the rotatable table (17), and a knob (42K) engaging the housing (41). The location of the rotatable table (17) relative to the fixed table (16) is locked when the knob (42K) is moved along a direction substantially perpendicular to at least one of the fixed table (16) and the rotatable table (17).
