PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal of a perfect circle rotary engine in which both a rotor and an intake valve can rotate smoothly, and a combustion gas does not leak. SOLUTION: A seal 21 that is comparatively heat-resistant and forms an elastic body is adhered to a rotor top portion, and combined with a side seal in one piece. An exhaust seal 47 that is heat-resistant and forms an elastic body is adhered to the rear end part of an exhaust valve 41. An intake seal 102 including an intake seal corner portion 75 that is comparatively heat-resistant and forms an elastic body is adhered to the corner portion of an intake valve 76.
