PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin of a construction machine capable of expanding the visibility from the inside of the cabin while suppressing deformation of the cabin when the construction machine is turned over, and reducing the weight. SOLUTION: A center pillar 26, a left rear pillar 27 and a right rear pillar 28 are provided as components of a frame 21 forming a framework of a cabin. By integrally connecting upper ends of the pillars 26-28 to each other by a roof member 29 and first and second cross members 30, 31, a portal structure A having the overall shape of a substantially isosceles triangle in plan view is constituted at a rear part of the cabin.
