摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein analysis method capable of performing at a time quantification of a protein having high reproducibility and quantification of many proteins. SOLUTION: This protein analysis method using ligands includes a protein affinity measuring process for measuring bonding affinity between a known protein and a plurality of kinds of ligands, and determining an affinity coefficient of the known protein to each ligand; an unknown sample reaction process for allowing a solution including the plurality of kinds of proteins of unknown quantities extracted from a sample to react with a support on which the plurality of kinds of ligands are immobilized, and quantitating the quantity of a protein adhering to each ligand; and a protein quantity quantification process for calculating the quantity of the known protein in the unknown sample by using the quantity of the protein adhering to each ligand acquired as a result of the unknown sample reaction process, the total quantity of the proteins adhering to all the ligands acquired therefrom, and the affinity coefficient between each known protein and the ligand acquired as a result of the protein affinity measuring process.
