STEREOSCOPIC IMAGE DISPLAY SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic image display system for providing stereoscopic images easier to be viewed by an observer.

SOLUTION: In the stereoscopic image display system 1, an image generation device 2 is computed from a position of the observer to output each of objects belonging to mutually different distance ranges. A display device 3 emits a plurality of beams of light expressing object images belonging to the mutually different distance ranges on the basis of each of input data. An optical path selection circuit 4 selects the plurality of the beams of light emitted from the display device 3 by at least one DMD (Digital Micro-mirror Device) 12 included in the inside every predetermined time in order, and outputs selected beams of light one by one. A reflection member 6 reflects the beams of light output by the optical path selection circuit 4 in a direction of the observer to provide the stereoscopic images composing the objects to the observer.
