A channel constructing method comprising the step of providing time frames, each divided at a specified time, to the communication channels of n sub- carriers, and the step of selecting a specified number of sub-carriers out o f the n sub-carriers and periodically inserting a common control channel and a common pilot signal to each time frame of the selected sub-carriers.
