A working wheel of axial-radial rotary hydro-machine has the upper and the lower rims with blades with constant thickness fixed between those, the pressure and the suction sections of those are made profiled. Such implementation of hydro-machine with profiled blades makes it possible to decrease intensity of vortex formation behind the working wheel in turbine and pump modes of operation.
