PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of performing an unified operation with game machines using other game media while using game balls as the game media. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is provided with a hitting means 15 for hitting the stipulated hitting number of the game balls for each unit game, a putout means 57 for putting out the game balls by the establishment of a winning role, a game ball fetch means 97 for fetching the game balls from a game ball storage means 7 to a recovery route side, and a game start means 128a for starting the unit game on condition that the stipulated feed number of the game balls are fetched. The putout means 57 is provided with a putout switching means 70 for switching a putout direction to the side of the game ball storage means 7 and the side of the hitting means 15 and is constituted so as to put out the game balls for hitting to the hitting means 15 in the state of setting the putout direction to the side of the hitting means 15 and performs putout to the side of the hitting means 15 taking priority over the side of the game ball storage means 7.
