PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a system containing emulsifier/demulsifier in order to commonly use together with an emulsification oil system such as lubricant for metal working. SOLUTION: The emulsifier contains an alkyl-substituted succinate such as a polyisobutylene succinic anhydride. The demulsifier is able to contain a surfactant with a low balancing value of hydrophile-lipophile. As another emulsification oil system in which a specified emulsifier and a specified demulsifier are useful, chemical agents used in an oil field such as a fluid for excavation and a chemical bonding agent, chemical papermaking agents, emulsion explosives, rock drilling lubricants and mining lubricants are cited.
