<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting device capable of performing the sorting with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The sorting device is provided with a defective area extraction means 101 for extracting a defective area of a sorting object from an inspection image, a display means 102 for displaying the area so that the extracted shape of the area becomes identifiable, an operation means 104 for inputting a correct category into which the area should be sorted, a teacher data creation means 105 for creating teacher data based on a input result of the operation means 104 and a sorting means 107 for performing sorting based on the teacher data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
