PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coming out in an engaging part of a document tray with a device casing, enhance operability, prevent trouble in document carrying, and surely conduct loading of a delivered document. SOLUTION: This document tray 15 engages a rib of a base 14 with a locking part 15a of the document tray 15 in the document receiving position being fallen in the rear direction of the device to prevent coming out of the document tray from the base 14. Even in a recording paper filling position where the document tray 15 is fallen in the front direction of the device, since an insertion hole 14b of the base 14 is engaged with a projection 15c installed at the tip of an insertion piece 15b, falling down by coming out can be prevented. By the constitution preventing the falling down of the document tray 15, the document tray 15 is rotated with the insertion hole 14b and the insertion piece 15b, even if moved between the document receiving position and the recording paper filling position, the document tray 15 is stably held in the base 14, and operation for filling recording paper to a recording paper cassette can easily be conducted.
