<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film that is excellent in heat resistance and dimensional stability and whose curl is controllable at the time of producing a layered product. <P>SOLUTION: The film contains a resin alloy comprised of (A) a liquid crystalline polyester and (B) a polyimide, or the film contains additionally (C) an inorganic filler. The films are obtained by casting a liquid composition, that contains either (A) a liquid crystalline polyester, (B') a polyamic acid and (D) an organic solvent or additionally contains (C) an inorganic filler, on a base material, by removing the solvent, then by being peeled off from the base material after heat treatment.
