<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the judgment precision of waterless by informing the time when water inside of a water storage part surely runs out. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic atomizer has the water storage part for storing water, a transport part for transporting the water in the water storage part to the front end side located at the outside of the water storage part for storing water, a counter electrode arranged so as to oppose to the transport part, a voltage application part 5 for applying high voltage between the transport part and the counter electrode, an electrostatic atomizer for generating mist by atomizing the water in the transport part by applying high voltage between the transport part and the counter electrode, and a body side tank case for housing the electrostatic atomization part in a freely detachable manner.
