PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full open type wall inspection door device enabling an inspection door cover to be accurately positioned and rapidly installed on a support member in the wall inspection door device allowing the inspection door cover to be detachably supported on the support member fixed to an opening frame. SOLUTION: In one embodiment of this wall inspection door device, the cover frame member 3a of the inspection door cover comprises a frame main plate part 5, and an engaged line 6 is formed on the bottom side inner surface of the frame main plate part. The support member 2 supporting the inspection door cover comprises a folded piece part 16 folded back at the bottom tip of a fixed piece part fixed to an opening edge B, and an engaged line 18 engaged with the engaged line of the cover frame member is formed near the tip of the folded piece part. An assembly formed by temporarily fixing the support member to the cover frame member by the elastic force of the support member is inserted into the opening frame and fixed with fixing screws 11 in the state where the outer surface of the frame main plate part of the cover frame member is brought into contact with the fixed piece part of the support member and the engaged line of the support member is locked to the engaged line of the cover frame member.
