PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve facilitation of monitoring while reducing observer's burden when an image produced by imaging in an imaging area is monitored. SOLUTION: When the image produced by imaging in the imaging area is monitored, difference of brightness level between the produced image and at least one picture previously imaged in the same imaging direction is sequentially detected, the detected difference of brightness level is compared with the preset threshold, two ore more images whose difference of brightness level have been detected are displayed on the same screen as well as the predetermined information about the images to be displayed is added according to the comparison result. When processing performance is performed on either one of images to be displayed, the processing performance performed on the image is reflected to other image to be displayed on the same screen.
