FIELD: technological processes; metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: line for manufacture of steel strip comprises machine for continuous casting of billets comprising leakproof dipper and device for vertical supply of flat work, rolling mill, device for cooling of strip and device for scale removal from strip surface. Device for vertical supply of flat work is arranged in the form of flat metal ceramic crystalliser of alternate section, which contacts with surface of pulling drum along tangent. Flat work is molded by extrusion of liquid metal from leakproof dipper through crystalliser by supply of inertial pressurised gas into dipper and simultaneous drawing of billet. To draw the billet, electric current is passed along width of billet crystallising part, billet is exposed to constant magnetic field directed perpendicular to billet surface, and crystalliser walls are exposed to ultrasonic oscillations. ^ EFFECT: creation of through rolling technology without time interruptions of certain operations. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex |
