FIELD: rubber industry, rubber mixture, in particular additives for rubber mixtures such as dehydrating agents. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed dehydrating agent represents composition containing calcium oxide in form of lime dust, which is waste from metallurgical lime production, wherein calcium oxide content is not less than 91 % and content of particles with size of <140 mum is not less than 92 %; plasticizer selected from group including mixture of high molecular hydrocarbons containing 18-55 of carbon atoms in molecule with mineral oil; mineral oil and phthalic acid esters.
