PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable comparing easily a voice of a teacher with a voice of myself in pronunciation lessen of a language. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a case in which a slit for loading a card on which a magnetic tape in which information is recorded along a plurality of tracks is stuck is provided, a transportation roller transporting the card loaded in the slit to the direction along the track, a reading/writing selecting switch receiving an input for selecting write-in of information for a magnetic tape or read-out of information from the magnetic tape, a track selecting switch receiving an input for selecting a track in which reading/writing of information is performed, a microphone receiving an input of a voice written in the magnetic tape as information, a loudspeaker outputting information read out from the magnetic tape as a voice, and a magnetic head performing read-out or write-in of information along a selection track by the track selecting switch in accordance with an input to the reading/writing selecting switch when the card is transported.
