PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing residual facing form capable of having the excellence in adhesion with concrete, forming a base concrete having sufficient strength and, at the same time, being completely combined with the base concrete. SOLUTION: In the housing residual facing form used for a form remaining as being unified with the placed concrete, the circumferential wall is formed at least in the upper part and the side section of the form body constituting the housing residual facing form and, at the same time, it is so constituted that a plurality of ribs connected to the circumferential wall is formed so as to intersect with each other in the surface on the side wherein the concrete of the form body is placed.
