<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless speaker system wherein an operating time of a speaker apparatus is not limited and the installed location is not restricted. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission apparatus 10 is provided with a power transmission section 15 and the speaker apparatus 20 is provided with a power receiving section 25, the system transmits / receives the power converted into an extremely high frequency wave (microwave) 2, the power received by the power receiving section 25 is supplied to the speaker apparatus 20 as its power supply, the installed location of the speaker apparatus 20 can freely be selected without the need for wired connection and mechanical connection to the speaker apparatus 20, and the speaker apparatus can continuously be operated without restricting its operating time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
