<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information relating to information recorded on a recording medium such as a paper sheet or the like in a reading device such as a mobile phone or the like via an information memory device, thereby efficiently utilizing the information. <P>SOLUTION: This information acquisition system acquires information based on information recorded on an information memory device such as an RFID tag. A serial number is read from a radio frequency IC tag, and related information of a printed image and the serial number of the radio frequency IC tag are managed by being correlated with each other by a server. When the serial number is transmitted to the server, the related information is downloaded from the server, and then a recording medium and information recorded on the recording medium are correlated with each other.
