<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a POS terminal device that uses an inexpensive device, can simplify a reply method of questionnaire, and has an input method of questionnaire data. <P>SOLUTION: The POS terminal device comprises an input section for POS terminal for inputting article data having at least prices and kinds of articles, a storage device for storing questionnaire data read by a card reader and the article data inputted by the input section, and a calculation processing section for relating the questionnaire data to the article data. The card reader can read the questionnaire data of the questionnaire card moving manually with respect to the reading section, and, in reading the questionnaire card, inputs the questionnaire data by taking synchronization by reading the timing mark disposed along the side of a side section of the questionnaire card and by reading a reply box disposed adjacently to the timing mark. The input section inputs the article data having at least prices and kinds of the articles, the storage device stores the questionnaire data and the article data, and the calculation processing section relates the questionnaire data to the article data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
