PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is difficult to optimally eliminate a noise because a user cannot set detailed parameters of image correction in the case that an image correction application eliminates the noise. SOLUTION: The size of a black point and the range around the target black point can be designated as detailed parameters for image correction and the target black point is regarded as a noise when the black point has the designated size or below and no black pixel exists in the designated distance range so as to prevent a dither image from misrecognizing as a noise.
