PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material stripping device having a sufficient floor material stripping capacity, easily transportable, and enabling the use of existing power tools and devices. SOLUTION: This floor material stripping device 10 comprises a cart 12, a hand pushing part 130 and a leg part foldable to the cart 12. An electric pick 160 is detachably fixed to the cart 12 through a holder 22. Also, a stripping part 30 reciprocatingly movable by the driving of the electric pick 160 is formed at the front part of the cart 12, and a storage box 150 in which a controller 152 to control the driving of the electric pick 160 is stored is mounted at the hand pushing part near a handle bar 144. When the floor material stripping device 10 is moved while driving the electric pick 160, the blade 34 of the stripping part 30 is brought into diagonal contact with the floor surface of a floor plate 11 for stripping the floor plate.
