The inventive device comprises a transportable removable platform (1) supporting at least one means (10) for selectively obtaining fines upstream of a feed hopper (5), granulation means (2) which are supplied with fines from the feed hopper (5), a container (9) for storing an aqueous phase and supplying the granulation means (2) with said aqueous phase, a power source (4), and control means (3) for producing granules from the fines.</p> |
