<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat-insulating material applying a core material consisting of a glass fiber-formed material, aiming at the improvement of productivity of the vacuum heat-insulating material and deterioration with time of the heat-insulating performance, without requiring a binder in the core material and in addition, reducing required thermal energy widely in its production. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat-insulating material is obtained by using a glass wool board consisting of an aggregate 4 of the glass fibers 2 and having a bonded part 3 consisting of the constituting materials of the glass fibers 2 at the part of contact points of the glass fibers contacting with each other, the component of the bonding parts 3 consisting approximately of the constituting material of the glass fibers 2 and≥3×10<SP>-7</SP>/°C glass linear expansion coefficient in the range of 50-300°C, as the core material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
