<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent storage container designed, such that even if it is of the type where developer is stored in a flexible container, an information recording section securely becomes conductive with a device main body upon the setting of the container on it, and to provide a developer replenishing device and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The toner storage container has a deformable toner storage body 21 for storing toner as developer, and a mount member 30 on which the toner storage body 21 is integrated or fixed.
