<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid pumping equipment which can prevent air bubbles from being mixed into a micro-pump so that a stable flow characteristic is obtained, and a fuel cell which can reduce the influence of the air bubbles in the used liquid such as a dilution liquid for a raw liquid fuel to stably supply a diluted liquid fuel to a cell so that a power generating performance is well-maintained. <P>SOLUTION: Are mounted liquid pumping equipment MT' which feeds liquids to make them flow into each other by means of micro-pumps Pa and Pb for mixing and diluting multiple kinds of liquids, and an air bubble excluding means (comprising air bubble passing-through holes h, an air bubble excluding device EX, an air bubble sensor AS or an air bubble amount assuming section and a controller CONT) which excludes the air bubbles which are trapped by an air bubble trap Tr which is mounted in the liquid path upstream of the pump. The raw fuel is diluted by the diluting liquid to supply it to the fuel cell 3 using a liquid pumping unit PU which utilizes the above structure of the liquid pumping equipment or pump unit 1. The water produced in the fuel cells is circulated through a recovery container 6 to the unit PU and the unit 1 by the fuel cells C1 and C2.
