<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for use in a microwave oven which is prevented from breaking due to expansion of steam when thawed and cooked by heat in the microwave oven and also is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag 1 for use in a microwave oven formed of sheetlike substrates (upper and lower sheets 2 and 3) includes seals 4, 5, 6 and 14 thermally welded at edges of the substrates to have the inside of the packaging bag sealed, and vent holes 7, 8, 9 and 10 formed on the seals 4, 5, 6 and 14 and causing the inside and the outside of the packaging bag to communicate with each other when the seals 4, 5, 6 and 14 partially peel by the pressure in the bag due to heating to vent the steam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
