A rotation transmission apparatus with built-in one-way clutch that realizes excellent lubrication of both one-way clutch and ball bearing over a wide temperature range from low to high temperature, reducing an environmental load of antirust for corrosion prevention attributed to submergence, etc., and further avoids delamination, etc. of metal materials even under vibrational conditions to thereby ensure high performance and excel in durability. For providing this rotation transmission apparatus with built-in one-way clutch, a grease composition comprising a synthetic oil as a base oil and at least either a urea compound or metal soap as a thickening agent, wherein a non-barium antirust is incorporated in an amount of 1.0 to 10 mass% based on the total mass of grease, is hermetically charged in the ball bearing and the one-way clutch.
