<p>Provided is an apparatus for capturing video of a process of investigating the investigated, using a camera and a microphone. The apparatus includes a fingerprint input unit taking the fin¬ gerprints of an investigator and the investigated; an analog -to-digital (A/D) converter combining a video signal and an audio signal received from the camera and the microphone, respectively, and transforming the result of combining into digital video data; user information database storing user information of the investigator and the investigated; a tag generation unit reading the user information, generating a tag allowing the digital video to be detected, and appending the tag to the digital video; and a compression unit compressing the digital video to which the tag is appended. When the fingerprints of the investigator and the investigated are input from the fingerprint input unit, the camera and the microphone begin to operate. Accordingly, it is possible to easily detect video of an investigation process by inputting information regarding an investigator and the investigated.</p> |
