In a cumulative value distribution of values of the diameters of voids converted in terms of the diameters of spheres having the same volumes as the voids, the ratio D3/D2 of the diameter D3 indicating the maximum diameter in an area where a proportion of the cumulative number of diameter values counted from the minimum converted value of the diameters of the voids is 90%, to the diameter D2 indicating the maximum diameter in an area where a proportion of the cumulative number of diameter values counted from the minimum converted value of the diameters of the voids is 10%, satisfies 2.5×D1 ‰¥ D3/D2.</p>
