PURPOSE: Provided are a pork stew which has an excellent taste and flavor and color, and contains rich nutrients and a preparation process thereof by using tomato paste, tomato flesh, kimchi, seasoning ingredients and pork meat. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the pork stew is characterized by the steps of: boiling pork meat in water or 0.1-3% saline water then finely cutting or tearing it; adding 50 part by weight of tomato paste, 250-600 part by weight of tomato flesh, 3-35 part by weight of kimchi and 55-65 part by weight of seasoning ingredients to 70 part by weight of the pork meat; and heating the mixture.
