The rotor supports a multiplicity of successive coaxial disks (7), each with a number of holes (8). The casing supports a multiplicity of successive coaxial disks (10), each with a central orifice (11) to allow the rotor to pass through and a number of holes (13). The rotor and casing disks alternate axially and are spaced apart at intervals (d) : A long and internally cylindrical casing (2) has at least one inlet (3) for the product to be mixed and at least one outlet (4) for the mixed product. A rotor (5) is inside the casing and coaxial with it and there are means of driving the rotor in rotation. The holes (8, 13) are spread circularly near or outside the periphery of at least some of the rotor and/or casing disks. The holes can be round or not round and may be centred on the same or different circumferences on adjacent disks, with the same or different numbers of holes. The spacing between the disks can be the same (d) or varying (d1, d2, d3) on different axial sections (T1, T2, T3) or can vary progressively over at least one axial section. Adjacent disks may have identical or non-identical sections. The casing may have a single inlet for a flow containing at least two products, or two or more inlets for different products. |
