PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure capable of simply and certainly fixing a cuttable soft material to a panel side. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure for the soft material 1 to the panel through a clip, a recessed part 2 is formed on the soft material and the clip is provided with a first member 11 and a second member 21 expandably/contractably connected to each other. The first member has a cut-in vane 13 radially extended and inserted into the recessed part of the soft material and the second member has a restriction vane 23 radially extending while deviating a phase with the cut-in vane of the first member and a locking leg 24 engaged with a mounting hole of the panel. When the cut-in vane of the first member in the elongation-connection state with the second member is inserted into the recessed part of the soft material and the second member is rotated, a peripheral wall of the recessed part is cut-in by the cut-in vane of the interlocking first member and the cut-in vane is sunk to a portion other than the recessed part. Thereafter, the contraction-connection state of the first member and the second member is obtained and the locking leg of the second member is engaged with the mounting hole of the panel.
