PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which is suitable for a procedure in which a vehicle manufacture or a maintenance is performed regarding a plurality of different vehicle models at one manufacturing processing position, and also, to provide a tire fastening tool which can perform the fastening work for a plurality of wheel tires of different specifications by one common tool, and in addition, to provide a tool which can be operated solely by one worker without receiving the help of an assistant. SOLUTION: A pair of wrenches (1 and 2) are set in such a manner that the rotating shafts are in parallel to each other, an interval between the mutual shafts is variable, and also, a plane surface including both shafts of the wrenches is turnable around an axis being in parallel with both the shafts.
