<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus capable of simplifying key operations on the part of the user required for displaying a menu image for executing various processings. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical apparatus receives a processing selected by a user among processings executionable by a recording and reproducing apparatus 1 and stores an item code corresponding to the process whose selection is received to a user registration information 12a of a RAM 12. A control section 10 creates a preferred menu, wherein process the items denoting the processes selected by the user are listed up on the basis of each of item codes stored in the user registration information 12a by an instruction from the user and displays the menu on a monitor unit 27 of a liquid crystal television receiver 2. When the user selects a desired process item, according to the displayed preferred menu, the control section 10 reads control program, corresponding to the selected process item stored in a ROM 11 to the RAM 12, and the program is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
