PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact pin and a pogo pin capable of attaining structural simplification by adopting a bellows structure to build a spring structure in a main body portion, capable of regulating a stroke width and contact pressure by incorporate a slit into the bellows structure, capable of shortening the full length of the pin as the whole, capable of thinning a size of the pin, and capable of eliminating contact resistance of each component by the integral structure of the main body with the spring. SOLUTION: The contact pin (or pogo pin) is constituted of the bellows structure 1 having a spring function of the integrated structure, and the plurality of slits 2 is provided in the periphery of a projection part of the bellows, in the bellows structure 1.
