PRINTING SYSTEM, PRINTING METHOD, PRINTER AND OUTPUT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve each printing data in an optimum state according to its kind into a storage part.

SOLUTION: A CPU 113 of a digital copying machine 1 stores the printing data outputted from a PC 2 into a hard disk 115 and carries out a printing process after waiting for the manipulation of a printing switch at an operation panel. The CPU 113 deletes the printing data from the hard disk 115 after the printing process if the printing data related to the printing process is printing data for business affairs whose output result should be provided only once to a clerk. The CPU 113 continuously preserves the printing data in the hard disk 115 after the printing process if the printing data related to the printing process is printing data for service whose output result should be repeatedly provided to a customer.
