FIELD: hydraulic machines; pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of impeller of pumps and it can be used for delivering, transportation or mixing of water-emulsion mixes or solution with abrasive inclusions. Proposed single-disk impeller has metal carcass consisting of interconnected driving disk, its hub and rods installed on end face surface of driving disk and forming profiles of several blades, and also wear-resistant coating of carcass. Driving disk is made in form of concentric rings interconnected by bridges. Rods forming profile of each blade are connected with said rings of driving disk. Rings, bridges and rods are made of reinforcing bars of similar range and are interconnected by welding. Inner ring of driving disk is connected by bridges with hub also by welding to form carcass. ^ EFFECT: reduced metal usage and mass of impeller. ^ 2 dwg |
