PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog-to-digital conversion method capable of obtaining a frequency spectrum with spurious components removed. SOLUTION: The analog-to-digital conversion method includes a measurement step for pre-measuring frequency characteristics of respective analog-to-digital converters, a sampling step for sampling analog signals, a Fourier transformation step for respectively Fourier-transforming data sampled by the plurality of analog-to-digital converters to generate a plurality of frequency region signals, a correction step for converting into frequency region signals obtained when the frequency characteristics of corresponding analog-to-digital converters are ideal by multiplying the respective frequency region signals by a correction coefficient based on the frequency characteristics of all of the analog-to-digital converters, and a combination step for combining the respective frequency region signals obtained in the correction step to generate a frequency spectrum of a digital signal.
