PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device structure of a hybrid vehicle capable of lessening the capacity of its heat-exchanger installed inside an engine compartment. SOLUTION: A water-cooled, air-conditioner system cooler 13 is installed in a path through which an electric system cooling water 102 flows to an electric system cooler 13, and the electric system cooling water 102 having undergone heat exchange with the cooling wind at the electric system cooler 12 is introduced to the air-conditioner system cooler 13, and a refrigerant 103 for air-conditioning is cooled by the electric system cooling water 102.
