<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display work instruction information according to the level of a worker. <P>SOLUTION: A worker information storage part 111 stores the work skill of each worker for each work. A work information storage part 112 stores work instruction information (work procedure, etc.) according to each skill for each work. A display control part 115 determines the skill of a worker who will be performing a work for this work from the worker information storage part 111, and acquires work instruction information according to the determined skill from the work information storage part 112 and displays it. A work result storage part 113 collects and stores work result information of the work during the work.
