PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain accurate measurement data by means of software, without being affected by voltage fluctuation of a power source voltage. SOLUTION: Angle change data of a servo motor 5 of a riding simulator 1 operated by a voltage supplied from an AC source 8 is measured, and simultaneously, the voltage during that period is measured by a voltage-measuring instrument 9 to obtain the voltage fluctuation data. The angle change data and the voltage fluctuation data are recorded in a floppy disk 10/11 respectively, and are read by a second computer 12. On the basis of the angle change data, measured response data are calculated. Also, on the basis of the voltage fluctuation data, a correction value is obtained, and the measured response data are corrected by using the correction value to obtain corrected response data, which is compared with a reference value to decide the data.
